If bulk goods are transported over long distances (e.g. in trucks, railway goods wagons), separation may occur. Taking the sample just from the surface therefore leads to the wrong result. Representative samples from all layers of the silo can be taken with the SiloDrill. The SiloDrill fits through all standard openings with its diameter of 90 mm.

Sample spatula made of stainless steel V4A (1.4404). The highly stable and solid design of the spatula allow it to pierce solid substances or sacks and BigBags. The spatula is made of premium stainless steel, high-gloss polished and completely welded, therefore completely free of undercuts. It is ideally suited for taking samples of powders, granulates and pasty media, especially in food and pharmaceutical applications. Autoclavable, flame sterilisation.

The particularly fine point can be inserted easily and deeply. Sample volumes can be varied (up to approx. 50 cm³) via the tapered sampling orifice. The all-layer drill is a zone collector especially for media with high density and highly compacted powders and granulates, e.g. for larger containers, mixed containers, big bags, in the building materials, chemical, food and beverage industries.

The scratcher is a special sampler for powders and granules that do not flow freely, as well as for caked bulked goods. With the sliding separators made of PTFE, the inner tube can be divided into zones of different sizes. The separators also prevent mixing of the sample.
